The rent-to-own program is an affordable payment option with no credit check. You make monthly payments based on the price of the building, with no interest rate or finance charges.
Couldn't I just rent a storage locker or mini warehouse?
Self-storage units are a great option for people who need space for temporary storage. But if you need long-term storage and the convenience of having it in your backyard, choose a rent-to-own shed. At the end of the term, it's all yours!

How does it work?
Since this is a rental agreement, you only pay rental fees and the cost of the building. You can choose to rent for 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. If you want to own it sooner, you can pay off the building balance at a discount.
What is required to sign-up?
It's pretty simple, actually. It only takes about 20 minutes to complete the application. There are no credit checks, but we do require two references and a down payment.
How do I rent my shed?
You simply pay your first monthly rent payment up front and you are ready to go.
When do I make payments?
Make your regular monthly payments on or before the due date each month to keep your account in good standing. Purchase early at a discount or payout based on the monthly term. Either way, the shed will be yours!
How can I avoid the rental fees?
Pay your balance in full within 90 days and avoid being charged any fees. This program is also known as 90 Days Same as Cash.
Do I have to pay for the shed delivery out-of-pocket?
Delivery and set-up are included in your purchase as long as you are located within a 30-mile radius of one of our Westwood Sheds locations. There is no charge to be paid for.
