Taking care of our clients is our top priority. You will be working with Westwood people from start to finish through the whole process. We do not farm out our sales, our manufacturing, or our deliveries. All the work done on your project is completed by trained Westwood personnel.
Yes! We love to build custom sheds. If you can dream it we can build it! Visit our Shed Designer tool to configure and design your shed online or contact us for more help. You might also want to explore our Package options.
We are not licensed home builders and we do not recommend living in a shed. However, you can visit www.westwoodcabins.com for more information about our cabins, which are superb living spaces for a vacation or primary home!
Here at Westwood, it is more important for us to make sure that you find the perfect shed for your needs. This means we will give you the time you need to make up your mind and make sure you are purchasing the right shed. We will give you all the information you need and walk you through the process of choosing the right shed, answering any questions along the way.
Every city and county has different requirements for permits. It is your responsibility to check with your local office and get any permits needed for your shed. Download our helpful Permit Checklist for more info.
Yes! We have a variety of product lines and can generally meet any HOA requirements. Let your sales rep know what those requirements are and we can ensure they are all met.
Yes! We do offer a build on-site option if there is not enough access to your site location to haul in your shed. There is an additional charge for this service. Learn more about this option in this helpful article. Contact your sales rep for full details.
On the whole, Westwood offers the most extensive features as standard on your shed. We won’t nickel and dime you to death; we like to keep it as simple as possible. You can view our Smart Values for specific details on what is included.

Pricing / Order / Warranty
Pricing varies based on the size, siding and options selected. There is currently a national shortage of lumber and building materials making surcharges necessary. Get your free quote from your local Westwood representative and your price will be locked in for 30 days.
You can also design your shed using our Shed Designer tool and submit your custom shed for a free quote.
We provide a full 8-year, hassle-free warranty on all Westwood products. We believe if a job is worth doing it’s worth doing right. Our building materials may include additional warranties from the manufacturer. Ask your sales rep for product specific warranty details.
We accept cash, money orders, personal, certified or business checks, and credit cards at our sales locations or with our delivery drivers. Please note that your checks may be converted to eChecks for processing. We do not accept gift cards or barter for goods or services. If you have additional questions, contact us for more help.
Yes! Your order can be canceled and refund received if you cancel within the cancellation period. Contact your sales rep for details.
Delivery / Setup
If you are using our Rent-to-Own program you only need to pay the first month’s rent. If you are paying cash for the shed, you will need to pay 50% when you place your order and the balance will be due on delivery. Learn more below about our payment options.
