TITLE: Install Manager
START DATE: Now
PAY: $95k+ based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee the Westwood Install team.  
    • Coach and ensure adequate training is provided for all team members
    • Bi-Annual performance and pay reviews
    • Maintain healthy morale
    • Model Westwood Core Values and require the same from the Install Team
    • Manage interpersonal relationships
  • Tasks
    • Schedule all customer install jobs
    • Maintain DOT compliance and insurance
    • Ensure maintenance stays current on Install equipment
    • Safety training and compliance
    • Collaborate with Sales and Build teams to meet customer expectations
    • Submit weekly payroll information and update weekly reports
    • Purchasing---making sure the Install Team has everything they need when they need it
  • Westwood Leadership Team
    • Participate in all Leadership Team meetings to represent the Install team.
    • Give insight and feedback in quarterly and annual planning meetings to help set goals and objectives.
    • Ensure the Install Team stays on track with goals and budgets
    • Support other Leadership Team members with input and feedback when needed.
    • Handle all HR issues for the Install Team, including hiring and terminating.
    • Ensure systems and processes can handle Westwood growth year over year
